Today, I am talking to Joe Jonas. Joe rose to fame, alongside his brothers Kevin and Nick, as a member of the pop rock group Jonas Brothers. The band became one of Disney's prominent figures and even took the lead roles in the widely successful musical television film Camp Rock and Camp Rock 2: The Final Jam. Joe opens the conversation by sharing how he had come to love meditation and how this has helped him appreciate self love even more. We talk about his struggles as a solo artist, the realization that he needed professional help which eventually led to therapy which then led to the understanding that his feelings were valid. Joe is proud of his humble beginnings and how this affects our perspectives, becoming a husband and a father, and the value of staying connected to the people that you truly care for. This episode was filmed at Soho Works: 10 Jay Street.
